I set my SpamAssassin at 3.5 where as the default is 5.  I have found that
the majority does in fact get caught here, very few valid emails at that
setting.  Enough so, that I just browse thru to see who they are from, but
for the most part all are deleted.  If a user says they are supposed to get
an email, I ask who from, then add that domain (as long as it is not aol,
etc) into the 'White List'.
