I think it's control-d ... now that you've jogged my
memory -- I have done the shell email before, for
testing purposes.

Whenever I comment out that line, I lock myself out
from all services, and then have to embarrass myself
by calling tech support and having them restore my old
file. At least I have the sense to make a backup
before doing this. There are a bunch of little scripts
after the "ALL : ALL : allow" and obviously one of
them is what does it. I'm not yet inclined to ruin
some tech support person's day by testing things out
to figure which one it is.
I don't worry about it -- I just put all my own little
directives ABOVE that section -- working from the top
of the file instead of the bottom. Kind of like a
blog, newest entries at the top.
