No, you're confusing them with "spewz" which I have always abhorred.
In fact, I was in a whole blacklisted block which is how I found
spamcop in the first place. Spamcop is, to me, a GoodThing and as far
as I have been able to determine running just 5 VPS for a lot of
customers, they save way more time than they waste.
