[vps-mail] Correcting SA rules

I have seen a lot of spam coming thru because of a score called "ALL_TRUSTED
- Did not pass through any untrusted hosts" and I wanted to increase the
-3.3 score to -.01 to see if that helps.

I went to /etc/mail/spamasssassin/local.cf file and put this line in:
 
score ALL_TRUSTED -.1 

I assume that should take care of it server-wide but it didn't make any
difference. What did I do wrong?
