If you wrap lines in /etc/mail/aliases, you'll need to escape the
newlines:

  cyclereply: moe@xxxxxxxxxx, "|/usr/local/bin/autoreply -f \
  moe@xxxxxxxxxx -h -m /home/moe/newsletter.reply -a \
  newsletter@xxxxxxxxxx"
