[vps-mail] Procmail to sift out "F" in body

["Jim Smith" <maillists@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

I seem to get a lot of emails that only have the letter "F" in the body. I'd
like to create a Procmail or SA rule to filter out any email with ONLY the
letter "F" in the body. Any help would be appreciated.
