You can specifically name a lock file on the :0 line.  Normally,
procmail guesses, but if it can't figure it out, you need to tell it by
adding a lock file with :lockfile.

Ex:

:0:sendmail.lock
* ... conditions here
:/usr/sbin/sendmail

That should get rid of any warnings.

P.S. The man procmailrc entry snippet:

       A  line starting with ':' marks the beginning of a recipe.
       It has the following format:

              :0 [flags] [ : [locallockfile] ]
              <zero or more conditions (one per line)>
              <exactly one action line>
