I wonder if Verio would be able to add ip ranges to their own
firewalling? We run 5 Verio servers and this ssh breakin attempt
business started at the same time on all of them and they are in three
different centers.

Oh well, as one Verio tech told me on the phone, "just don't use
'root' as the root password!"
