What you are doing, isn't making sense to me. What are you trying to
accomplish. What you are showing is redundancy in steps to process an
e-mail just to get it to the place it needs to go. Is xuser the user that
gets a copy of all mail? It looks like xuser is the only one who gets
mail for that address.

There is an account in this case that receives copies of all messages from a
select set of users. The problem is that user@xxxxxxxxxx in this case cannot
login to iManager with that email address and xuser's password.
bob@xxxxxxxxxx may login with that address and xbob's password.
