Don't, is the one word of advice I'd give you.
RFC-Ignorant is all very well if you really want to be totally anal about
what you admit into your server but it isn't usable if you actually want to
receive anything. For example, the whole of *.co.uk is listed in RFCI
because Nominet UK doesn't always publish contact details of domain
registrants...
