I'm not sure how you've got things set up. Do you have a
/usr/local/etc/procmailrc file? Does it have SA scan all mail? Do you
also have a delivery option in that file (e.g., all mail previously
scanned as spam should go in a particular location, etc)?

Seeing some of the procmailrc file would be helpful.

No.

That seems like a good solution.

Ah. Maybe in the passwd file (/etc/master.passwd) you can make
llimanspam's UID the same as lliman's UID; this way lliman will have
the right permissions to write to that file.

The other option is to have the client use an imap client and just
drop the spam in their home directory. Imap clients can be taught to
look in the home directory for additional mailboxes.

No--it doesn't make sense (or have an effect) to put a DROPPRIVS in
.procmailrc files (procmail has already dropped privileges from root
to the user).

Ask anyone. I like root beer (but I'm very particular in my root beer
tastes). Jones' and IBC are two of my favorites. But since you really
asked about candy (and root beer is not candy), I'd have to say that
red swedish fish, when close by, pose a serious threat to my attention
span and capacity to think rationally.
