The only thing you can do is get hold of the recipient who is rejecting the
mail (by phone, snail-mail or fax) and ask them to whitelist your IP
address.
This said, they need waking up with a huge clue-by-four. Verio is *not* the
spam-sewer it used to be. The number of SBL listings against Verio has
dropped from about 130 not that long ago to 7 today thanks to Darren
Grzabowski wielding his mallet and informing the community of the nukes by
posting to NANAE and NANABl.
However, how anyone with 2 neurons between their ears would sign up someone
running a site called "unsubscrlbenow.org" and "unsubscrlbenow.info" (those
names just SCREAM "e-mail address harvesting") is beyond me, but that's
another debate.
