Assuming that you are referring to DNS black lists (as opposed to
self-maintained ones in access.db, for example), the only one I have had to
quit using because it was overly aggressive was one of the dnsbl's at
rfc-ignorant.org. (I think I also quit using Spews as well ... but didn't
that one shut down as a result of being DoS'ed? I see that their http URL now
redirects to sorbs.net)
I find that most dnsbl's aren't aggressive enough ... so I use several.
