Within the past day or two someone recommended SpamCop. Using their blacklist
can be as simple as adding the following line to your sendmail macro

I highly recommend spamcop and abuseat. We run 5 VPS.
For the first 16 hours of today (2/3), these are the spam attempts
blocked by spamcop, spamhaus, abuseat and sorbs:

64
The above would project to over 1200 attempts per day which procmail
never even sees! The data of the mail is never transferred because it is
refused at the SMTP transaction level.
Go for it!
