[vps-mail] VPS2, newbie questions

OK, the VPS2 is really great.  It can do many marvelous
things.

However, the available documentation from ViaVerio sucks.

I have installed Clam AV & Spamassassin.

I want to run them both daemonized, clamd & spamd

1.  What command line should I used to start clamd.

2. How to I edit the rc file on a VPS2? (On VPS1 there was
just a regular text file called ~/etc/rc ... on VPS2 it
seems more complicated -- do I add lines to /etc/rc.conf ? -
or is there something I should do with scripts in
/usr/local/etc/rc.d)

3. Are there lines I need to add to procmailrc for scanning
mail with clamd?
