[vps-mail] Can sendmail prevent sending .pif attachments

Group, 

Maybe I missed this but does anyone have a way to prevent spam messages
containing .pif and .scr messages from being sent from my server?

I have SpamAssassin and procmail recipes invoked.

I'm catching the incoming stuff.  Now I need a way to prevent outgoing mail
from sending.
