This is purely a guess, but I think the above is a clue to the 
problem.  This indicates that Outlook is sending Unicode text messages and 
I'm 99% sure that Majordomo doesn't know how to handle this.  I'm not sure 
what the best solution is, but if you can get the charset back to 
"us-ascii" or something like that you may see the problem go away.
