RE: Re[4]: [vps-mail] Large Spamassassin bayes_toks file

Ok, I upgraded to Spamassassin's version 2.63 from 2.61. I'm still not able
to reduce the size of my token or journal. When I run spamassassin -D
--lint, it processes the root. So I tried all variations I could find for
changing from the root such as configpath, prefspath, and siteconfigpath,
but without success.

For example, I used the following command:
sa-learn -D --rebuild --siteconfigpath=/home/jsmith/.spamassassin
--configpath=/home/jsmith/.spamassassin
...
and here is what resulted:

=================================

How can I get it to stop looking at the DB file
"/root/.spamassassin/bayes_toks" and go to the different user token files
such as "/home/jsmith/.spamassassin/bayes_toks"? I was logged in as root so
I also tried logging in as vhost to try it that way but still without
success.

I also have these two lines in the /home/jsmith/.spamassassin/user_prefs
file:
=============
bayes_expiry_max_db_size 110000
bayes_auto_expire    1
=============
...but that doesn't have any effect on the token file in that directory. I
wonder if I need to define the directory in my user_prefs file as well.

Thanks for any help or suggestions as the token and journal files are
growing larger.

Regards,

Jim Smith
