for VPS 1, the new vinstall is in testing. Thanks to all the beta
testers who provided feedback.
For VPS v2, you can either:
1) do a forced CPAN installation, everything still works fine but
tests don't all pass
2) wait another week or two (I'm not sure how far testing is, but I've
tried the latest kernel and it fixes the SA tests that fail) so you
can do a clean CPAN installation.
3) wait even longer (no date) for a vps v2 vinstall version. This will
not be sooner than the new kernel.

You can follow Abigail's instructions posted here:
http://www.perlcode.org/lists/vps-mail/msg00687.html
Caveat: The new rules for SA 2.63 do not significantly improve spam
detection. Baysian filtering is improved as well as other "outward
looking" portions of SA (e.g., rbls, etc.)
