[vps-mail] Where's the black list items go?

I poked around trying to look this up and I'm sure with a few more hours I
may find it <g> but can someone save me the time and answer this question a
client of mine asked:

"If I black list an email address through Spam Assassin, does it send it to
the spam folder or delete it?"
