This is a total shot in the dark, but here goes:

1. Are you running on VPS2?

2. Is procmail the local delivery agent? (Have you installed procmail and/or 
SpamAssassin?)

3. If procmail is the local delivery agent, does your sendmail macro 
configuration (mc) file include a line that reads something like:

FEATURE(`local_procmail_lmtp')

4. If so, what happens if you change the line to:

FEATURE(`local_procmail')

and rebuild/install the cf file and restart sendmail ( [probably something 
like] cd /etc/mail; make; make install; make restart )?
