[vps-mail] one user no pop, no webmail

Hello all,

I'm stumped.
I have one guy, I'm sure it is a local firewall problem, but I don't
understand how it affects all avenues that I have tried so far.

Problem one. He pop, connects (I see it in the message log) downloads,
and successfully downloads all, yet his client (Outlook) tells him
that the download has failed, and nothing is in the inbox. Email all
gone from the server. server is a VPS1.

Problem two. I send him to imanager. He logs on enters his username,
and gets 'unable to display page'.

SMTP works fine for him.

I am searching for the alternative POP ports one can try, can anyone
remind me?

Anyone else encountered one like this? He does not seem to have any
problem with any other websites.
