Getting rid of that kind of annoyance probably isn't a job for SA since
there's very little content for it to work with.

The chances are that they're all sent to you through open proxies, so
stopping them looks more like a job for a DNSBL. dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net and
xbl.spamhaus.org are good starting points for this.
