BAYES_99 is a specific score, not a different sort of test.
If you want to change the way it is scored, you would use a
line like this:

score BAYES_99 4.80

(This is taken from my local.cf file, and merely reflects
the score I have chosen to give the results).

The default scores are contained in the file 50_scores.cf in
the directory ~/usr/local/share/spamassassin

At least on my system, the default is:

BAYES_99 0 0 5.200 3.008
