[vps-mail] VPS1 IMAPD not writing to etc/relayers.db

Failed to open /etc/relayers.db to record IP nn.nnn.nn.nn, skipping

This began on Oct 14th on all of our VPS1 (but not VPS2.)
I think the relayers list probably is unimportant since we do not use 
POP before SMTP anywhere, but it still means something is wrong and 
there have been 14 of these lines written in the log today.

Remember that Oct 14th there was a reboot for updating. Who wants to 
make some guesses?

I thought the list was too quiet...
