AFAICS the only way a mail can be delivered without any trace of it in the
logs is if it is handed straight off to procmail without being fed to
sendmail. How this could happen without the intervention of someone logged
into the server is another matter - unless there's a PHP script which
"knows" the message is for local consumption and invokes procmail directly
instead of using the mail() function.
