[vps-mail] html encoded link.

I have been receiving thousands of bulk unsolicited emails from online-info-direct.com. The
registration information on this domain is below. Notice how the information is registration is false.

the IP these come from is most always different and forged. Wonder why, however they always have a link in them that looks like this.  aname.online-info-direct.com/cgi/file.cgi?sent to address

The link is coded using the html coded car set. How can I block these with spamassassin. They are driving me nuts.  If anyone can help, contact me off list and I will attach a copy of the email unless everyone wants one ;0)
