[vps-mail] VPS Server B and SA 2.55 bayes user settings

Hi,
My question is, if there are several mail users on a
VPS1, can they each have their own user_prefs for SA?
It would appear to me that on a VPS1 there is only one
"real" user.
Secondly, on a VPS2, the user_prefs files *are* copied
(as per the doc) to each mail users $home/.spamassassin
directory but I don't see bayes files being created. I
can create it by su user1 and then sa-learn but that
will only work for users with shell accounts, right?
Thanks in advance for any clarification on this.
