I was told by the Verio techs that the problem is caused by the
Spamassassin database of Tokens growing too big
They suggested that I delete them once in a while or when the user goes
out of quota.
Is this a good practice ? Wont this cause Spamassassin to stare
learning all over again ?
The other problem I noticed is that CPX reports that the user is using
say 80% of his quota but none of his mail folders have
have any mail the excess space is being taken by Spamassassin !! I am
at a loos on how yo explain this to clients.
Any help will be welcome.
Quentin.
