[cpx] spamassassin.rc file - where does it come from?

I made some changes to my spamassassin.rc file awhile ago, and now I 
notice that when I add a user, and enable spamassassin, the 
spamassassin.rc file it users has MY changes in it!!! I may have 
changed some others, but that was a long time ago and I have forgotten...

In this case I like it :-)

Perhaps there is a template area for spamassassin.rc? Or, where is 
CPX getting its copy from?
