Spam folders filling up quota:
Now that we're letting some clients admin their own e-mail accounts
and spam filtering using CPX,the problem of spam boxes filling up is
creating big maintenance issues. Users simply don't remember to, or
don't want to, clear out their spam boxes.
Does anyone know of an option to automate the clearing out of spam folders?
Maybe a future CPX addition could be allowing the user or Domain
Admin to have user spam boxes cleared of spam automatically if
messages are more than 5 days old (maybe options for 3, 5 and 10
days old from a drop down). This would help tremendously.
