[cpx] Manage services MySQL status wrong

Hi:

Checking out the new cpx upgrade I notice that, in Manage Services on an 
older VPS V2 running MySQL 4.0.20, the status is shown as not running. 
However, MySQL is in fact running properly. Bug? Configuration? Upgrade?
