[cpx] Third option for log files?

I think it has been discussed that a third option for log files is 
"don't add a logfile directive" -- I want a system wide log.

Right now, you either get
        1) no log file at all for this domain
        2) a log file for this domain, but in the domain's subtree 
(well a link in the subtree...)

I think
        3) no log directive so logged is controlled by the outer 
level log directives

This on the wish list? Anyone else prefer it? Or at least like the option?
