I think you might be missing my point.  This is not necessarily a 
problem from the DA's perspective, but it is potential problem from 
the server admin perspective if you are trying to host multiple 
domains/customers on the same VPS.  CPX appears to impose a quota 
allocation model that makes it difficult to efficiently partition a 
VPS for multiple domains since you have to set aside so much "excess" 
quota.
