[cpx] CPX bug - siteadmin creation destroy email of the contact

Hi,

 There is a bug in the domain admin creation of CPX. If you use an 
existing email as the website contact the cpx redirect this email to the 
domainadmin user in the virtmaps. It should only do this when this is a 
non existing email or an email on the domain created, doing so forANY 
email put as contact break things. Doing so disrupt the email if it was 
an existing one.

i opened a case to support for this.
