Scott,

Did you fix the CPX problem with it running distinct and concurrent 
copies of savelogs for every web site on the VPS? This along can bury a 
small VPS. If I remember correctly, a VPS 1000 with seven web sites and 
MySQL will run out of processes every night when the CPX scheduled 
savelogs all fire off together.
