[cpx] [CPX] - email of domain admin

Hi,

  There is one thing that i wonder. I was wondering why can't we give
the domain admin's end users  the right to have ftp or email  only if
himself have those rights ? I mean  i can have a domain admin that is
ftp only but also been able to let him create email accounts. Can you
tell us why this restriction exist ?
