[cpx] Hostname Reset again!

Dear All,

It's happened again! We received a complain from a client about not being 
able to see the Webmail interface and voila! all the usernames have 
defaulted back to the hostname.

I thought this was fixed? Do we have to remove and reinstall CPX? Not from 
the instructions I saw? It was just to allow for FTP/File Manager access...
