A sort-of trick:
# ls -d /home/*/www/domain.com
/home/username/www/domain.com
(or maybe "/home/*/www/*.com"). I don't know offhand how to show a * in
a shell script but a little "fd" (find domain) script could be something
like:
#!/bin/sh
/bin/ls -d "/home/*/www/$@"
And probably someone could make a "cd" line to follow. :)

Hmmm, be careful (not tested!) but...
cp -n robots.txt /home/*/www/*.com/
? -n is "don't overwrite existing file".
