I hope you can look into this ASAP. While I'm not really concerned about 
the creation of the directories at the moment (you will note that all the 
names were the same length...), I AM concerned if there might be other side 
effects in CPX (or Unix tools) that these longer names might cause a 
problem... My customer wouldn't like that ;-)
I do have other longer names (well more than 8 characters) and haven't seen 
a problem, but those are just domain admins, and I have not tried creating 
end users under those domains.
