ControlPanel is being called using path info, ie 
http://www.mydomain.com/ControlPanel
Not knowing perl, Is there another way to call ControlPanel not using path 
info (e.g. remove the <Location> directive,  since I want to reserve the use 
of short url's for my cms application), perhaps from a html page or cgi 
script etc?
