[cpx] OT (?): CPX style sheet question

	This may be slightly off topic but things I don't understand
annoy me.  :)  I get that the link style of "display:block" causes
FireFox to go into "hover" style when the mouse is over the table cell
as opposed to the link.  Why/how does it do that for IE in CPX?  There's
no JavaScript that I see.  I can't seem to duplicate it....  :)
