Mark,

I've looked at this and found the problem.  Your cpx.conf file had 
duplicate <domain> tags for each domain in the <domains> section. I 
removed the duplicate tags, and the problem has gone away.

I will look into what might have caused your cpx.conf file to have 
become messed up like it was.
