If you're already running mod_perl, this will replace it wholesale
(i.e., I don't know of a way to have a version of mod_perl run in one
directory and another version run in another).
Mod_perl does not affect CGI scripts at all unless you've enabled the
Apache::Registry module, and that *can* be set per location or
directory. Does that help?
