[cpx] CPX Mail Features

Are there any plans to allow Mail Folders to be created under subdirectories?  
This would make the CPX play nicer with IMAP users who occasionally use 
webmail.

Also an Address Book import/export feature would make it easier for users to 
transition over to the CPX.
