Is there a mailing list for non-cpx issues?

I tried looking at www.groupmail.org but the website isn't accessible
at the moment...

We've discovered an issue with cross-linking of tmp directory from a
completely different virtual server account.

This has happened on two different virtual servers now (both VPSv3
shadow accounts).
