the only way i know is to create 2   administrator, one for 'domain.com' 
and one for 'www.domain.com'.  The first is used to manage emails. And 
the second for the web. In the first index.html you put a redirect to 
http://www.domain.com so that customers using the domain without www are 
not lost.
