[cpx] Bug: Error adding user with apostrophe in the name

It appears if the name contains an apostrophe ' you get a
        vadduser fails

i.e. I tried
        Switcher's Quarterly

Sounds like an unescaped quote?

If we aren't supposed to report bugs here, I apologize...
