Hello Bill,
Talk about irony. Less than an hour after I posted in response to your
"Would you use CPX again?", extolling the virtues of CPX, we received a
support ticket from one of our developers about a new VPS3 account that
was down.
Apparently CPX broke something that wouldn't allow Apache to restart.
The Level II tech we spoke to said they're aware of the problem and are
working on it. The tech also commented that the last CPX dist fixed some
things and broke others.
The issue was quickly resolved and the VPS is back up.
Go figure.
Cheers,
Uwe

I try and add a domain admin, go through all the screens, and when I

An error occurred. Please contact support.
VSAP Parse error: [Could not parse the VSAP Response: Empty String at

This keeps happening... This is on a VPS3 with virtually no load...
nearly virgin out of the box. Had CPX preinstalled...
"simple" is add user then add domain and associate with user. (generally
works)
"complex" add domain admin, which of course does both of the above...
(and fails)
Any suggestions?
Bill
