You should be able to give that Domain Administrator those privileges,
then the domain admin would give the privileges to the end user...

Subject: [cpx] How do I add back in spamassassin and clamav
When a domain administrator was added, initially it the boxes hadn't
been checked to allow any users under it to add spamassassin or
clamav. Several users were added and I need to enable them access to
these tools.
Is there any way to do this other than deleting the users and adding
them again in cpx?
